One of the final buildings within the King’s Cross development, the S3 project is an 11-storey mixed use building. Under it’s new name, ‘One Keskidee Square’ will offer approximately 26,000m2 of Grade A office space.
With our long-standing relationship with BAM Construction, as well as the Kings Cross S1 building. We were chosen to deliver the structural package for the 11 storey Keskidee Square development.
The building is targeting an “Excellent” rating, ensuring a high level of sustainability.
