Willmott Dixon were appointed to deliver this new state-of-the-art bus station with an improved passenger experience. The redevelopment will improve safety, access, comfort and connectivity.
We were asked to supply and install the structural package for this new £17.7 million bus station. It will have a modern concourse with additional retail and commercial outlets and level pathways throughout, including level bus boarding.
We asked for feedback regarding several commercial factors such as our working relationship, financial management and tender documents, we gained top marks from Willmott Dixon, who were impressed by our commercial team.
Jack, the structural engineer working for Roscoe, gave us top marks in our client satisfaction survey. He was asked to rate us on several factors and he gave us the highest possible score for all of them. This included ‘design and detailing’, ‘technical assistance’, ‘adherence to BIM protocols’ and our ‘working relationship’.
Our overall NPS score for this project is an incredible 95!
