Chiltern District Council want to update a pre-existing leisure and library facility. The project will breathe life into the outdated centre, by providing a state-of-the-art leisure and community centre.
The scheme will provide facilities such as an eight-lane twenty-five metre long swimming pool, sports hall, squash courts, community centre and library. We are supplying the structural package for BAM Construction.
Over the course of the project we were able to deliver over 70 Variation changes from the client, ranging from small structural details to additional basketball hoop support steel.
We have been awarded No.1 in Health and Safety several times for BAM Construction. Achieving an average 90.91/100 most recently, over 11 different disciplines.
