This new hospital unit will be part of the Disabilities Trust, who specialist in neuro-rehabilitation. They needed a new low-rise building for the Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) unit, as the old ‘Retreat’ building was closing down.
The building needs to include 40 bed spaces, treatment rooms, a sensory garden and car parking and it cannot exceed 2 storeys.
We asked members of the project, commercial and technical teams to score various aspects of the service we provided. We were awarded an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90.
