11 & 12 Wellington Place development consists of 2 office blocks with a shared basement. The office blocks will be 10 and 11 storeys high with a shared single-level basement.
The twin structures will have a feature link bridge, a roof top garden and dedicated areas for retail and leisure.
11 & 12 Wellington Place achieved a BREEAM outstanding rating and it was the first development outside of London that achieved a 5 star NABERS rating for sustainability. In September
2022, 11 & 12 Wellington Place was awarded Sustainable Development of the Year!
We asked for feedback for our collaboration at various stages of this project, including our commercial, technical and project performance. Overall, we gained a Net Promoter Score of 80 from our client for this project.
