Continuous Improved Performance

Years ago Elland introduced a "Continuous Improved Performance
Programme" throughout the company. Initially a review of each
department highlighted the areas of improvement, timescales were
set for implementation of the new procedures and actions were
placed on the Directors and Senior Managers. To ensure higher performance levels were achieved the management set themselves strict standards. The performances are continually monitored, reviewed and changed to keep going forward and exceed our expectations. Whilst measuring our own performance our clients also recognise our achievements.

Improved Performance Programme Recognition
Elland maintains improved performanceFollowing the implementation and monitoring of an internal departmental Improved Performance Programme, Elland was delighted to receive recently, a glowing testimonial from HBG Construction North West Ltd, main contractor for the Christie Hospital Critical Care Unit in Manchester. The letter, signed by Noel Corbally, Senior Site Manager with HBG Construction North West Ltd thanked the entire team at Elland Steel Structures; "The supervision and management of the work carried out and the attitude of your team has been excellent, The men on site took great care in both their work and in any Health & Safety issues their relationship and co-operation with staff on site was excellent." Bob Thorpe, MD at Elland said, "This recognition of our Improved Performance Programme is a welcome boost and proves that we are moving in the right direction as we strive to achieve the highest of standards." |
